Mary Kayitesi Blewitt OBE

Ms Blewitt is an experienced and certified Integrated Physical Therapist and a Soft Tissue Specialist who applies advanced osteopathy techniques, to help ease muscular tension or aches and pains.
She has been a Certified & Licensed Remedial and Sports Therapist in London since 2012, when she founded Ginger Aromatica, which provided Health and Therapeutic Wellness at both clinics and in the home of clients. Through recent training and extracurricular study, Ms Blewitt has diversified her skills to become a Soft Tissue and Musculoskeletal Specialist. As such in 2020 Ms Blewitt established MarKay Soft Tissue & Sports Rehabilitation Ltd (MarKay) to follow up her work with Ginger Aromatica.
Ms Blewitt started her career undertaking a fellowship researching the effect of trauma on the human body at the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University. She then trained in London and Thailand as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist, an Aromatherapist and Reflexologist before training as a Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist (St Mary’s University, Twickenham, London; ITM – International Training School, Chiang Mai, Thailand).
Ms Blewitt was recently was awarded a postgraduate diploma in Soft Tissue Therapist (The London School of Sports Massage & The Institute of Soft Tissue Therapy). Her ambition to understand the body’s functional movements has led Ms Blewitt to undertake a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Therapy / Rehabilitation. She is constantly learning and developing new skills.
